In the preliminary teaching credential programs at Redlands, you'll apply what you learn in real classrooms, strengthen your teaching practice, and build professional connections alongside experienced educators. With five credential tracks, you can choose the program option that aligns with the grade level, subject area, or student population you want to serve. Dual credential tracks allow you to earn two teaching credentials in the same amount of time it takes to earn one, expanding the types of classrooms and students you can support.
You’ll gain real classroom experience through partnerships with public school districts and charter schools across the Inland Empire and beyond. These relationships connect your learning to real classrooms and help you build experience from the start.
Your preparation is grounded in educational justice and the needs of today’s classrooms. You’ll build the skills to support diverse learners and contribute to meaningful, lasting change in your school and community.
