The Master of Arts in Education: Higher Education and Student Affairs program prepares you for practitioner and leadership roles across colleges and universities. Through an educational justice lens, you'll develop the skills to lead in higher education, support students, and use research to make thoughtful decisions that strengthen the student experience.
As part of a cohort, you’ll learn with faculty who bring experience as scholars, educators, and administrators. Courses explore current issues in higher education, from student development to digital leadership. You'll build skills for roles in academic advising, admissions, residential life, student affairs, academic affairs, and other higher education settings.
