The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) is designed to develop leaders who can navigate today’s complex business environment with purpose, adaptability, and impact. Grounded in leadership theory and organizational behavior, the program helps you build the critical skills to lead individuals, teams, and organizations while addressing challenges in organizational effectiveness and talent management.
