The Master of Arts in Education: School Counseling program prepares you to guide students through the academic, social, and personal experiences that shape their education. With three program tracks, you'll have the opportunity to tailor your degree to your career goals and the student communities you want to support.

Through coursework and fieldwork, you'll develop counseling, consultation, and relationship-building skills while learning how educational justice shapes student support and access to opportunity. The K-12 and K-12 and College tracks meet the standards required for the Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) School Counseling Credential. The College track prepares you to support students in higher education settings, including community colleges and four-year institutions.
